Joshua Jones, the creator and host of the Aviation Maintenance Podcast and visionary of the A.M.P. brand, brings nearly 20 years of diverse experience in aviation maintenance, specializing in both airplane and helicopter systems. His career spans private, general, and military aviation, where he has held pivotal roles such as avionics specialist, inspector, chief inspector, director of maintenance, and accountable manager.

Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance of a private helicopter operation, Joshua manages a dedicated team of mechanics while ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations. His hands-on expertise includes maintaining a wide range of aircraft, from business jets to helicopters, and his technical acumen is backed by certifications such as an FAA Airframe & Powerplant License, Inspection Authorization, and a General Radio Operators License with radar endorsement.

Joshua's mission with the Aviation Maintenance Podcast is to share the knowledge, insights, and lessons from his extensive career, as well as the wisdom passed down by industry leaders. Through engaging interviews and in-depth discussions, he aims to inspire and educate the next generation of aviation professionals.
